Jonny Pain - Project Vertical

We had a great time this morning talking to Jonny Pain about his epic challenge with Fergus Crawley, PROJECT VERTICAL.

The challenge involved 32 summits of Ben Nevis, the highest peak in Scotland, in 11 days in order to complete a vertical marathon. The aim being to draw attention to male suicide and mental health in general and raise money for the Movember charity.

This is what this podcast is about, people talking honestly about subjects that affect us all. We hope you enjoy it.
