Evening,
Quick admin thing first, I’m now uploading Horizon Scan to YouTube again as well as various clips and short videos. I know some people prefer that to watching via the Substack app. If you’re not fussed either way, please do any watching on YouTube and drop me a subscribe etc, you know the drill, as it helps the channel grow. If it gets a bit of traction then it means I can invest a bit more time making videos etc.
I’ve got a couple of things I want to hit on tonight, but we’ll see if there’s any posts to prompt them first.
Ok, there’s a few posts just to easily set the scene for what I’m going to talk about, which is the seeds of the change of direction in the UK that we’re currently seeing in the US, albeit 4/5 years ahead.
In the US we’ve seen the GOP Republicans replaced as the dominant right leaning party by the MAGA/Tech Accelerationists. There’s a lot of new faces that serve as the visible signal that this is something different, you’re to believe it’s real change. However we’ve already seen that not all of the new faces were acceptable to it’s backers, so were replaced by safe pairs of hands from the old GOP, whilst others are still having to be fought for. MAGAT (we’ll call it), is endorsed by the zionist lobby and wider influentials in the US and beat the globalist endorsed Democrats in the election just gone. So the future in the US, foreign policy wise at least, will be Middle East focused and slip away from Ukraine etc. This may be in trade for controlling domestic policy, in theory at least, if you’re dealing with good faith actors. Despite the best efforts of the outgoing administration to suck Putin into a reaction that locks Trump into that war, we’re now seeing Zelensky talk of conceding ground to end the war, so that appears done.
So here’s how I think that connects to the UK. The US has just had four years of gay race communism taken far enough to be thoroughly rejected by the population. Rejection was likely instant for most, but it’s taken four (at least) years for the push back against it to gain the momentum and vocality that helped enable the Trump victory so emphatically. Put simply, things had to get really shit before they could get a mandate for the type of fundamental restructuring MAGAT say they want to do. I think we’re seeing that play out now in the UK. Globalists trying to go hard for the final few years up to their seemingly self imposed 2030 deadline and having to dispose with the usual softly, softly sleight of hand that has got them this far. As a result, what they’re doing looks completely mental (which it obviously is), and the public have noticed en masse. But having just won an election, they’re in theory safe until 2029.
So the fight is on in the UK for control of the Nations future, is it going to continue for another 30 odd years as a globalist stronghold, or will we see a similar shift as we have in the US? I think it’s the later.
It’s my belief that those backing MAGAT in the US have decided that they can do the same in the UK and are starting to build the tools they need to ensure the public go along with this. Central to this is a political vehicle with which to do so. The Conservatives cannot do this as they are, their record is far too tarnished now. What’s required it something that can be the UK version of MAGAT, and that’s where Reform come in. We know that Farage’s US links via Trump have a decent history and who knows if this has been on the drawing board for some time. The problem with Reform is that partially due to Farage’s previous history with political parties and certainly how he’s portrayed by the British media, many people don’t associate him and anything he’s connected to as being a serious, professional outfit. This is especially true of many Conservative voters and these guys are the main problem. In order to be persuaded to vote for Reform they’re going to need to see some ‘big beasts’ they recognise from the Tory’s move over to Reform. The political equivalent of you asking your mate you trust if they’re involved with something and if it’s ok, before joining in yourself. We’ve seen this start to happen, first with Z list Andrea Jenkyns and now with former Borris advisor Tim Montgomerie. The Borris link will probably work with many still clinging to the Tories, because they link him with getting BREXIT done and not with inflicting the biggest wave of illegal immigration on the UK in history. Badenoch winning is part of this. For Reform to look the better option, the Tories must look progressively worse and her poor performances will serve to provide that. Over the coming months I think we’ll see these defections happen repeatedly, celebrated each time as a victory by the Reform leadership. This is the regeneration of the Tory party, but with a new skin, same as it ever was.
The question is whether Reform are able to carry this whole thing off without being abandoned by a membership that only joined them for something different, not Tory 2.0. This is all about branding, communication and vibe building. That’s where Nicholas Lissack and the Indian slop X accounts come in. The older voters will be persuaded by seeing their favourite Tories come over, but the younger generation need influencers if a vibe similar to the online right wing MAGA is to be created for the UK. The problem is the word ‘created’, created isn’t organic, it’s fake and credible people of all ages can see right through it. If you’re young and on the right, Lissak - I’m sure there are others too - is the face that’s being presented to you as one of your representatives, a kind of leader. But he’s not organic, he’s appeared out of nowhere within the last 12 months and is being boosted by the same network that are responsible for ‘Inevitable West’ - he has been provided for you. His job is to police the line of what’s acceptable, because moving right is dangerous. If you go too far you get to mid century Germany and that’s not allowed, certainly not by those currently backing MAGAT and - in my theory anyway - Reform. For example, it will likely be fine to attack Islam and Islamic terrorism and focus on all ways in which this is an alien culture, not compatible with UK culture and growing in political strength. But stray beyond that to Nationalism and the desire to see all outside influences minimised, with the interests of native British people put first in all cases and you’ll be rejected by your provided thought leaders and if you’re a Reform member, the party too. The right in the UK has its own organic band of thought leaders who’ve served for many years, have large followings and genuinely understand the problems of the UK, as well have having the backbone to help see the solutions implemented. There is no requirement to provide any influential person through non organic means, unless you need a filter system for those who don’t fit your intended boundaries of thought and policy.
All of what you’re seeing with Elon funding Reform to the tune of $100 million (that may be shite, I’ve not seen him confirm it), the sharing of British news stories by him and a network of accounts in the US, the miraculously immediately influential Indian run slop accounts, some major news outlets presenting Farage as the opposition to Labour, it’s all connected to this mission of supplanting the dying Tories with Reform. The intent is capitalise on the FOMO the UK population have when looking to the US, who at least in promise, are going to get much of what we want here. De-regulation, clearing out of bureaucracy, control of immigration to include mass deportations, the competent tech oligarch class stepping up and choosing acceleration, returning to culture native to your land - this is a real vibe shift and the UK will want some. MAGAT and it’s backers have to sell this to the UK population in a culturally specific way. Remember when I’ve spoken about Elon in the past I’ve tried to make clear that he’s currently friend, but only because our path are aligned, well this for some is going to push him into enemy territory. I think he wants to go to Mars and everything, including supporting what amounts to a type of regime change in the UK, is just part of setting the conditions to do that.
So that’s where I think this is going. We’re being provided with a new set of leaders and a party that will as ever, look to campaign right and then once in power slide back to the center at least. This is all part of enabling the post 2030 future, much of which I hate the idea of, and some I recognise as inevitable. If I had a choice about which group I wanted influencing that, globalists or MAGAT types, I’ll take the MAGAT types and that may be the only white pill I’ve got for you. Something to watch for is elements of the infrastructure and regulatory rejigging happening under this Labour government acting as the baddies, such as digital ID - now that the Dark Lord is cleary back in Starmers ear and being listened to, obvious after that shift to the right on immigration that makes the Tories pointless. Also possible is advancement of the digitization of money to enable CBDC-like system, even if not implemented. Crypto is here to stay and the tokenization of everything is on the cards, although the scary part is the easiest way to deliver that and get acceptance is some kind of black swan.
Anyway, enough waffle, I think that’s laid it all out pretty well as big themes and major moving parts. Much may still change, but the end outcome is that Reform are your next government, likely with Farage as PM, but I don’t think that’s gold plated. There’s a good chance that if they start to hemorrhage support and be undermined by a genuinely right leaning party like Homeland, who despite how tiny they are are much closer vibe wise to what British MAGA looks like than Reform are, then Farge and other obviously boomer leadership will have to step aside for someone else - ‘cough’ Jenrick.
But we’ll see. It’s not my preference, but it’s better than the shit situation we’re in now - which is of course, what I’m meant to think.
If I get a decent number of new YouTube subscribers I’ll do a video laying this all out, if you want it, you know what to do.
Have a good evening.
