It’s a whole new month 💪🏻
Now you know it’s not, I know it’s not, but a huge amount of the public will probably not even know what telegram is and will certainly never have been anywhere near the ‘dark web’, or even know what that is - sounds scary though doesn’t it? These are people who need help logging in to their email. So take that knowledge and realise that this is the BBC, the state broadcaster, who you pay for at the sharp edge of legal enforcement, outright lying to the nation in order to miss-inform them. The only reason to do this is to shape a narrative that is opposed to reality, or they would just tell the truth. They need you to feel a specific way about this subject, so they will leverage their authority to do so.
I know most people understand this already and could name a million other examples of it, but sometimes it’s good to just lay out what’s happening and refresh your disdain for this organisation. The comments on the actual post are pretty heartwarming though, almost all reminding the BBC that they have form for protecting pedophiles, so perhaps just wind their necks in.
They didn’t drop their lives and couldn’t find them, they weren’t lost, they were murdered. You should notice this. Almost no press release or political statement will now give an accurate description of events if they believe it will portray badly, those who they seek to placate. Notting Hill carnival should obviously be stopped at this point, but even if Sadiq Khan wanted to do that it would cause rioting, which unfortunately seems to be where we’re at with policing this type of situation now, we can’t enforce the law because the community will kick off. I understand and we’ve discuss many times the contributing factors to this, but that isn’t the concern of the public who expect a service they pay for.
