Afternoon, how are we doing?
I know some readers will have rolled their eyes recently when I’ve referred here and on Horizon Scan to the current UK government and their supporters as communists, but that is the ideology their ideas and actions are rooted in. Apparently farmers have ‘hoarded land’. Or have they perhaps nurtured it over generations to ensure the existence of a family and national asset. It’s important to note the language when your reading this drivel or talking to someone with this mindset. You’ll notice the worldview is rooted in envy but cloaked in the language of justice and fairness. Fundamentally what you have should be someone else’s, regardless of any effort it took for you to acquire or maintain it. They will of course always the be arbiter of what is ‘enough’ and to whom your assets will be distributed once they strip you of them. They often have zero experience of the practicalities of building and maintaining that which they wish to insert their moralistic meddling into, they are ideologues - see the current UK Chancellor who as it turns out has lied about her CV, and was effectively a customer complaints hotline operator for Halifax, not an economist. As I’ve said previously, much of the leftist worldview collapses in on itself upon first contact with a reality naturally devoid of the fairness and justice they claim motivates them. This we know is why communism never works, it is a utopian dream, not compatible with reality. I enjoy the sentence ‘universally held belief that society has the right to share when wealth is transferred upon death as a matter of justice’. I’m glad to be reminded that view is universal, because I’d obviously forgotten that’s what I thought, I’d imagine it’s a shock to you to. What is being attempted with UK famers has been done before in plenty of other circumstances, Russia, China, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, then end result of all of them? Famine and food insecurity. You’ll see many retarded takes online in support of all of this, none of whom have thought beyond ‘yeah take that rich guys stuff’ - Farmers are of course generally quite cash poor, but that takes at least an internet search to realise, beyond most of these types. They simply haven’t realised what’s happening here; who do they think is going to buy the land once it’s been stripped and sold off? ACTUAL RICH PEOPLE. It genuinely hurts me to have to read what some of these people say online. The land will be sold off to Funds and Corporations, all of whom know how to make real profit though industrial scale farming and building useless solar and wind facilities on them - and no doubt some lovely migrant housing. But to come back to my earlier point, most supporters of this will never bother to learn what they’re enabling, because their interest stops at ‘take their stuff’. Pure weak and evil envy.
